What Will You Learn?
This program teaches students basic and advanced swim strokes.
What Will You Do?
- An active status Adult Swim Teacher or higher must indirectly supervise all in-water activities.
Course Prerequisites
Minimum age:
- 16 years old.
Demonstrated mastery of the skills for Adult I.
Equipment Requirements
During all in-water training sessions, each student must be equipped with a properly fitted Total Swim System that includes:
- Swim Suit
- Skin and sun exposure protection appropriate to the environment
