Swim Team Prep
What Will You Learn?
This program further refines the student’s advanced swimming skills and competitive swimming strokes, and develops strength and endurance.
What Will You Do?
- An active status Level 2 Swim Teacher or higher must indirectly supervise all in-water activities.
Course Prerequisites
Age:
- 6-17 years old.
Demonstrated mastery of the skills for Advanced II.
Equipment Requirements
During all in-water training sessions, each student must be equipped with a properly fitted Total Swim System that includes:
- Swim Suit
- Skin and sun exposure protection appropriate to the environment
